Teresa is a creative studio founded by Diogo Rinaldi after his return to Brazil in 2022. With a degree in Industrial Design from the USA, he worked at the Men's Prison in Florianópolis for 8 years, recontextualizing materials and narratives with the inmates through the NGO Instituto da Terra. Concurrently, he coordinated the Lobotomáticos studio, a custom magazine publisher, a summer guide to Florianópolis, a bicycle restoration project, and an internship program for recent Belgian graduates.

From 2015 to 2021, he was the co-coordinator of the Open Design School in Matera, Italy, and a mentor at the Design Academy Eindhoven, Netherlands. In 2021, he completed a master's degree in Art Education at the Piet Zwart Institute in Rotterdam.
